About

Built by an investor who got tired of the spreadsheet.

Punji started with a frustration every NEPSE investor knows: a sheet for holdings, another app for prices, and a calculator to work out the tax before selling. So it puts NEPSE’s own published record and your portfolio in one place, in English and Nepali, with the sums worked out.

The story

The boring parts, done properly.

Bookkeeping, fees and tax are where a spreadsheet goes wrong. Punji does them the same way every time, so you can spend your attention on the decisions.

Every email to contact@punji.app gets a reply, and what ships next is shaped by what investors ask for. The changelog shows what shipped and when.

Punji reads the data the Nepal Stock Exchange publishes and never places orders. It describes what the market did and what a sale would cost; the decisions stay yours.

What we will not compromise on

Three rules for every screen.

  • Honest defaults

If a feature would tempt you into a worse decision, it does not ship. Punji shows what helps you make a calmer call, not a flashier one.

  • No data theatre

Holdings stay private to your account and are never sold or sent to ad networks. The app’s analytics records actions such as adding a stock, never quantities, prices or totals.

  • Plain words

Every number is labelled, every fee is itemised, every assumption is on screen. The sums are visible, so you can check them.
